Each and every one of our products is handcrafted in Surrey, specifically to your order.  Because of this, it's imperative that we allow enough time for each stage of the process.  Our dispatch times are as follows:

If you do need your order to be with you by a particular date, we will move heaven and earth to make it happen for you, and it really helps if you can let us know when you place your order (or checking with us beforehand is never frowned upon here).

Delivery

Non-personalised products will be shipped within 1 - 3 working days.

Personalised products take a little longer, the delivery times are as follows:

All of our personalised products may take up to 5 working days to dispatch (especially during busy periods), although we will always try to dispatch them sooner.

Express Delivery

If you would like to place an order to get to you much quicker, you will be able to tick the 'Express Delivery' box at checkout, this incurs a little more cost, to vover this service.  Ticking this box means your order will be dispatched withing 2 working days, and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that this is available for Northern Ireland, but unfortunately not for Southern Ireland.


Returns Policy

Non-Personalised:
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

We recommend that you send the item by a signed for service, in good packaging.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Personalised:

We're very sorry, but due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to offer a refund unless they are faulty, this is in line with the Distance Selling Regulations. 

Damaged or Faulty goods:

We pride ourselves in checking, double checking, and checking orders again, prior to being sent out.  However, in the unlikely event that you recieve an item that is damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible (within 8 days) of receipt, and we can either offer you a direct swap, or we can refund your order once the item is sent back to us.
